TYPEBEA | Damage Repair Range Launch

Service

Creative Production

TYPEBEA partnered with The Concierge Agency to launch the Damage Repair range, a clinically backed system designed to restore hair showing visible signs of stress, wear and breakage. From the outset, the brief was clear. Communicate repair in a way that felt modern, stylish and grounded in real results.

Built around the bold message You broke it. We fix it, the campaign reframed repair as simple and achievable. The creative introduced Damage Repair as a confident, no-nonsense solution for hair impacted by heat styling, bleaching and chemical processes.

The shoot focused on visible transformation. Clean, minimal styling was paired with bold beauty moments to showcase texture, shine and movement. Stills and motion were captured within a single studio setup, ensuring a consistent visual language across all formats. Product interactions, model transformations and hero moments worked together to tell a clear story of smoothness, strength and restored gloss.

Importantly, the campaign positioned TYPEBEA Repair as both credible and accessible. By highlighting the routine as a science-backed system rather than a complicated process, the content reinforced the brand’s belief that repair doesn’t need to be overwhelming.

The final suite included hero videos, cut-downs and stills designed for digital, social and retail rollout. As a result, TYPEBEA launched the Damage Repair range with a clear, confident narrative — one that reinforced a simple truth: repair isn’t complicated, it starts with the right system.

Approach

The Concierge Agency shaped the creative direction and production to present the TYPEBEA Damage Repair range through a clear, elevated visual narrative. The motion treatment drew inspiration from vintage infomercials, developed in both landscape and portrait formats to support the Call 1800 Repair concept. This approach gave the hero film a distinctive branded identity while keeping the tone playful, confident and instantly recognisable.

The campaign focused on two core consumer concerns: heat-damaged hair and bleached hair. Each was explored through a conceptual set design that visually reflected texture, colour and the real signs of damage. To guide the audience through the repair journey, the TYPEBEA Repair Woman was introduced as a central character. Her scenes featured a stylised Repair Toolkit, designed to clearly explain the system in a way that felt simple, accessible and assured.

Set design, props and wardrobe styling were meticulously planned to support the story at every touchpoint. Colour-matched elements, curated tools and considered styling choices reinforced the premium positioning of the range. Stills and motion were captured within a single controlled environment to maintain a consistent visual language across all formats.

The final delivery established a fully realised world for TYPEBEA Repair — clear, modern and built around visible transformation.
