Tefal partnered with Nesquik and The Concierge Agency to launch the Dolci Ice Cream Maker, a creative campaign designed to change how people enjoy dessert at home. The goal was clear. Reimagine Nesquik as a modern flavour essential. At the same time, position Dolci as the appliance that brings those flavours to life.

The campaign fused nostalgia with innovation, blending the flavours of childhood with a new generation’s appetite for playful, customisable treats. Creative direction and production were led by The Concierge, delivering a suite of stills and motion assets crafted for both editorial storytelling and thumb-stopping digital formats. The hero set piece featured talent inside a larger-than-life Nesquik can, staged across the three iconic flavours: chocolate, banana and strawberry, bringing the campaign message Mix, Chill, Repeat to life.

 The campaign celebrated the emotional power of homemade desserts, positioning Dolci not through specs or trends but as a “magic maker” of everyday joy and indulgence. Assets rolled out nationally across digital, earned press, POS and OOH, giving the launch cultural relevance and strong shareability. Nesquik’s presence deepened the resonance of the campaign—more than a co-star, the brand played a playful partner in evoking childhood flavours, nostalgia and imagination for a millennial family audience.

Approach

From concept to delivery, The Concierge Agency led the creative direction and full production of the campaign launch. Pre-production included concept development, set design, talent casting and styling, as well as the design and build of a custom oversized Nesquik can created as the hero visual for the campaign.

On shoot day, stills and motion content were captured side by side. This allowed the team to produce a wide range of assets efficiently while maintaining a consistent creative vision. As a result, the campaign balanced editorial lifestyle storytelling with playful, high-impact content designed for social sharing and press coverage.

Post-production brought the campaign together through colour grading, VFX and sound design. Each asset was refined to ensure visual consistency across formats. Importantly, all content was created with versatility in mind, allowing it to scale seamlessly from earned editorial to digital, in-store point-of-sale and outdoor placements.

Ultimately, the campaign delivered an integrated creative platform that connected innovation with nostalgia. By focusing on emotion rather than product features, the launch achieved strong cultural relevance, audience engagement and long-term brand impact.
