The Breakout Hack (formerly TBH Skincare) partnered with The Concierge Agency to launch the Rebound collection, a reformulated skincare range designed to become a daily ritual. The objective was to position Rebound not just as a skincare essential, but as an indulgent moment of self-care audiences would return to again and again.
To bring this idea to life, the campaign was built around the concept of a hotel stay. As a result, Hotel Rebound became the creative world where skincare met escapism. Audiences were invited to check in, recharge and reconnect, transforming everyday routines into an immersive experience.
The campaign was set within a custom-built hotel environment, complete with a bespoke TBH-branded lobby. Working closely with brand ambassadors, the founder and model talent, The Concierge Agency led creative production and storytelling, casting each participant as a character within the Hotel Rebound universe. In turn, the narrative invited audiences to linger, explore and emotionally invest in the brand’s reformulated range.
Importantly, the campaign delivered immediate commercial impact. Within just three days of launch, the Rebound Serum attracted a waitlist of more than 28,000 people, quickly establishing itself as a cult hero product. Demand was so strong that TBH later made the strategic decision to reduce the price by $10, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to accessibility while momentum continued to grow.
Beyond launch, the Hotel Rebound narrative evolved organically across social and owned channels. The concept expanded into limited-edition bundles and interactive brand moments, inviting audiences deeper into the ritual. As a result, engagement, conversion and brand affinity all increased.
Ultimately, the Rebound campaign became more than a product launch. It delivered a fully realised brand world that helped embed the range into the daily routines — and emotional lives — of its audience.
