IKOU PARTNERED WITH THE CONCIERGE AGENCY TO LAUNCH ITS REFRESHED BRAND IDENTITY — REFRAMING SELF-CARE AS A DAILY PRACTICE ROOTED IN RITUAL, RESILIENCE, AND SPA-FIRST CREDIBILITY.

The Concierge Agency was engaged as creative production partner for IKOU’s brand refresh campaign, briefed in via brand agency Smack Bang. Acquired by Adore Beauty and repositioning for a new chapter, IKOU needed a dual-purpose asset library built to do two jobs at once: launch a refreshed identity with timeless evergreen content, and deliver a holiday campaign versatile enough to carry across web, paid media, retail, PR, and wholesale.

Approach

The Approach

The creative direction centred on ritual as something lived rather than performed. The shoot was structured across two distinct streams — still life and model, designed to work as a cohesive whole rather than separate deliverables.

The still life work moved between precise product hero shots and more atmospheric product lifestyle compositions: hero skincare, bodycare, and gifting lines shot clean for commercial use, alongside textural swatch work and richly styled flat lays grounded in natural materials and warm, earthy tones. This gave the brand an elevated social and brand owned suite of images ready for the progression of a new rebrand for 2026 .

The model campaign brought the ritual to life – shot at Capybara Bathing House, Sydney, with talent directed to feel present and grounded rather than performative. The two streams were colour-matched and art directed to sit seamlessly side by side: the warmth and texture of the still life carrying through into the lifestyle content, and IKOU’s Blue Mountains heritage woven through both.

Together, the work delivers a complete brand visual system – versatile enough to carry across web, paid media, retail, PR, and wholesale with the visual language anchored in a single proposition: pause as power, sanctuary in the everyday.

"I have so loved collaborating with the team at The Concierge Agency. What a talented and fantastic group of people. They went above and beyond to make things work and deliver exceptional results. Absolutely stunning work and a real joy to work with. Nothing was ever impossible, and everything was done beautifully. I’m incredibly proud of the work we created together; they brought our brand evolution to life exactly as we imagined - perhaps even better." Hayley Shield, Head Of Brand Marketing
