Approach

The Concierge Agency led creative direction and production from concept through to delivery. Pre-production focused on casting diverse talent, developing the campaign narrative and designing a series of environments inspired by everyday life. Four custom-built sets were created in the studio, each centred on a familiar scenario: exercising, family life, running errands and time at the office.

Each set was designed to feel instantly recognisable yet elevated, allowing hair to remain the hero within real-world contexts. Art direction, styling and wardrobe were carefully tailored to each environment, supporting movement, texture and authenticity without distraction. Direction prioritised candid interaction and natural energy, capturing hair in motion and moments of confidence throughout the day.

Motion and stills were captured concurrently across all four sets to maximise output within a single shoot day. This approach ensured visual consistency while delivering a versatile range of assets across formats. In post-production, colour, pacing and tone were refined to maintain an honest, lived-in feel. The final content suite balanced relatability with polish, resulting in a cohesive campaign built for longevity across digital, social and retail channels.
